1- FACTORY INTRODUCTION


The 14000 Km area of Activated Bleaching earth factory linked to this company which is located in Ghazvin-Rasht Road around Loushan city from the state of Gilan is 200 Km far from Tehran.
The factory executive construction has begun after years of studying, investigation and production for experimental and semi-industrial measure by the end of 1998 receiving the Certificate from the Ministry of Mine and Industry so that after 6 years hard working it started its mass production and received the exploitation license.
This factory has all necessary certificates of related organizations such as Industrial Ministry, Medical training & Health Ministry and contains so wide-spread facilities for all its activity terms.
The R & D and factory construction has employed consulting and technical- engineering services of a great group of successful companies and engineers and the high quality of product are surly provided as result of all efforts they had during the years.
The factory employees work in three sequences during the whole year which contains over one- hundred employees who are mainly experts of their own skills.

VARIOUS CHARATERISTICS FOR "KANEH"

For the special formulation of "KANEH", different kinds of this type of clay have very significant and specific characteristics:

1- "KANEH" has the most activity and activation degree for separation of Chlorophyll composition and its changed compounds including Pheophytin and Pyro pheophytin and also pigments like Gossypol to the extent that it takes the Chlorophylls separation to about 97%.
2- The refined oil of "KANEH" has a very high Oxidative resistance and the compounds provided by oils Oxidation such as Hydro peroxides, Aldehydes and ketones are reduced up to 70% depending on oil soap and color content by using "KANEH".
3- "KANEH" decreases the oils soap content to 100% down.
4- Gums and Heavy metals are absorbed significantly in "KANEH"
5- Despite the absorption of above impurities, the absorption of oil useful compounds such as Sterols and tocopherols are so little in "KANZEH" clays.
6- Some features in other Bleaching earth clays such as the Bleaching strength and Heavy metals removal are mainly arisen through mixture of the clay with some active Carbon which itself makes increase of oil absorption in the clay but "KANEH" has the least oil absorption as result of lack of active Carbon and for some other reasons while it completely contains the aforementioned features.
7- "KANEH" physical characteristics including humidity, density, solubility, PH, particle size and its chemical analysis is as presented in the enclosed table.
8- For its special processing method and a planned Quality Control process, "KANEH" products are completely pure
9- "KANEH" packing is provided in 3-Layers; therefore, high-grade packed with a Laminate layer which prevents any change in the clay humidity or features during its storage and maintenance and actually prohibits the environment pollution. The Net-Weight for each pack is 20Kg which makes its replacement easier.


2- "KANEH" TYPES

"KANEH" is actually produced in two categories named "SUPER" and "SPECIAL".
Types of "KANEH" could have different application together with all their general characteristics, which in this regard:
The category of "SUPER" is provided to refine all kinds of edible oils for which the sub-characteristics for different oils are different. The category of "SPECIAL" is provided on customer demand to take oil to specific results and conditions.
